Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Kosmic Skincare. We work hard to process and ship orders as quickly and carefully as possible.

Order processing

All orders ship from our U.S.-based inventory.

Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

During busy periods, promotions, holidays, or unexpected order volume, processing times may be slightly longer.

 

Shipping rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method, order weight, destination, and carrier options available at the time of purchase.

If free shipping is available for your order, it will be shown at checkout.

 

Delivery time

Estimated delivery time depends on the shipping method selected at checkout and the destination address.

Once your order has been handed to the carrier, delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, incorrect address information, or other circumstances outside of our control.

  

Tracking information

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after the carrier receives the package.

 

Shipping address

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.

Kosmic Skincare is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or returned packages caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

If you notice an address mistake after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@butterfulstudio.com. We will do our best to help, but we may not be able to update the address once the order has been processed or shipped.

  

Lost, delayed, or returned packages

If your tracking shows that your package is delayed, please allow additional time for the carrier to update the tracking status.

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors, your building, mailroom, front desk, or local carrier office first.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, or refusal of delivery, we will contact you with available options. Additional shipping fees may apply to reship the order.

  

Damaged or incorrect items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@butterfulstudio.com.

Please include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue and help with a replacement, refund, or store credit when applicable.

  

Order cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@butterfulstudio.com. We will do our best to help, but we may not be able to cancel an order once it has been processed or shipped.
