Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused and unopened items in their original packaging.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unused and unopened.
- In its original packaging.
- In the same condition that you received it.
- Returned with the order number or proof of purchase.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used skincare, makeup, hair care, body care, and personal care products. Once a beauty or personal care product has been opened, it cannot be resold or returned to inventory.

Non-returnable items

The following items are not eligible for return:
- Opened or used skincare, makeup, hair care, body care, or personal care products.
- Items without original packaging.
- Gift cards.
- Final sale items.
- Products purchased from a third-party retailer or marketplace.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@butterfulstudio.com.

Please include:
- Your order number.
- A clear photo of the damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
- A photo of the outer shipping package, if the package was damaged.

Once we review the issue, we will help with a replacement, refund, or store credit when applicable.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our end.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if the refund is approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Order cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@butterfulstudio.com. We will do our best to help, but we may not be able to cancel an order once it has been processed or shipped.
